Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Refund or Exchange
